Late night comedians make jokes about everyone especially politicians and their families. They make fun of other celebrities, that’s their job. Palin is a celebrity. Should Letterman have to apologize to everyone he’s made a crude joke about? Again, that’s the nature of jokes. They’re meant to be bad, they’re meant to be outrageous. People laugh because they know it’s a joke and then they move on. Should we all move on or should Letterman continue to make apologies to everyone?

I was bowling with my boyfriend when a popular 80s song came on that I don’t remember the name of. He said he was going to request another song that was some kind of joke to the current song playing. When his song came on (another popular 80s one) the DJ made a joke about the artist being ashamed of the song. His name was mikey mike or something like that. My boyfriend assumed that I knew what the hell he was talking about. Someone clue me in here.
